People's requirement truly is less but the case is that people always want more. I always remind myself this sentence, because I knew that if I limited myself to achieve what I wanted, then I'll never be able to attain some financial achievement of my path.
After the Christmas night, my hometown gang finally burned my fighting spirit to increase up my current saving money as possible as i can. Yes or no, my new personal goal to be achieving in the year of 2013 is to BUY HOUSE.
A ridiculous daydream discussion between us but we are serious on the suggestion to buy house together at the same location in the year of 2013. Either for the purpose to live in or considering as an investment, both also advantageous us. Thus, some financial management on how to save up the amount required for the housing before 2013 is planned. We even begin to plan where is location to buy and Double Storey House is chosen by us. I'm really seriously think on it and i'm sure them too!
A humorous suggestion by us but i think it's may work and it's such a good idea, haha! The suggestion as below after we bought the house at the same location:
Peng's house build up a karaoke room.
Pan's house build up a swimming pool.
Pelvin's house build up a small golf course.
And my house build up a snooker room.
The really ideal and awesome suggestion for sharing the facilities between us! Haha!
(Our gang named P Gang or sometime called 4P. 4P stand for Peng, Pan, Pelvin and Paul. don't think too much or you all actually not think of it but i want to explain that : WE NOT REALLY EVER PLAY 3P OR 4P =.=")
Indeed, purchase on the real estate always is my long term financial planning, in particular can brings high quality tenants which helps add on some of the cashflow on future.
And last but not least, i'm definately think that this personal target of buying house will be achieve in the year of 2013 unless the incident of 2012 really happen =.=". And this personal target was my christmas's wish as well for year of 2009.
